
According to TMZ, Singer/actress Selena Gomez and music producer Benny Blanco just bought a $35 million tudor style home in Beverly Hills that was apparently the former home of “The Joker” director Todd Philipps. The estate has been on and off the market since at least 2021 but was apparently bought by Benny and Selena in an off-market deal.
The home was originally built in 1928 by architect Wallace Neff and has undergone some updates with a current 7 beds, 12 baths and 7k sq ft on about .79 acres.
Todd Phillips bought the property for $17.25 million in 2012 from Paradigm Talent Agency Chairman Sam Gores.
