1963 David Clements Midcentury Modern In Orange

This 1963 David Clements midcentury modern mcm dome home is on the market for the first time in it’s history in Orange, CA. Frank Lloyd Wright inspired it blends the midcentury elements with the outdoors.

Let’s take a look inside this Orange midcentury Modern.

But first, the outside! This MCM is gorgeous. And look at that tree. Growing old is seeing a nice tree and going “Damn, that’s a nice tree.”

The entry style is gorgeously done! Is that a lattice design framing the entrance? I absolutely love a good lattice, with its intricate patterns and the way it adds a touch of elegance to any space. The combination of craftsmanship and artistry in this design really draws the eye and creates a welcoming atmosphere.

Step inside and the foyer is pretty with my favorite kind of tile – terra cotta! Skylights everywhere too so you know you are gonna get a ton of natural light.

Another angle of that room! The beams are cool. Very beamy to be honest.

Here’s the living room, a cozy and inviting space where family and friends gather to relax after a long day. The soft, plush furniture is arranged to encourage conversation, while warm colors and comfortable textures create a sense of home. Large windows let in plenty of natural light, illuminating the beautiful decor and unique artwork that adorns the walls. Personal touches, like family photographs and bookshelves filled with favorites, complete the atmosphere of warmth and familiarity, making it the heart of the home.

The kitchen has an eat-in area and i love when the cabinets have a peak-a-boo opening! That makes transferring food so much easier.

Here’s another angle of the kitchen.

I love this bathroom vibe with the patio. Nothing like sitting outside after a good pee.

The tiled toilet seat is something we have seen before and honestly I am VERY impressed.

Is that an Eames? My kingdom for an Eames. it isn’t a midcentury modern home without one.

Finally love the back yard and all the levels and the grasses! OH the grasses!!!
